Refund policy

Returns:

Easy! If you are not in love with the product that you have purchased, The Glam Kit will provide you with full store credit. Please see additional details below.

For any of the following collections: Lashes, Lit Liners, Press-On Nails, or Accessories, we are happy to return any new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for full store credit. Please note, you will be responsible for any applicable return shipping charges and the full store credit does not include any original shipping charges.

For any of the following collections: Jewelry, the same refund policy above applies except for earrings. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers.

Please note: all sale items and/ or orders purchased with a discount code are final. Refund policy applies to any full-priced items that meet the criteria above.

If for any reason you would like to return a product, please contact us and provide the details of your return request so we can make it right!

Cancelling An Order:

Orders that are successfully completed cannot be cancelled. Please never check-out your order without double-checking that your order is correct. You are 100% responsible as we incur transaction fees and often ship out your order immediately, so it is very hard to intercept a cancelled order.

Product Shortage:

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your placed order due to the product being sold out, we will not only proactively cancel the order but also issue an immediate refund and additionally send you a confirmation of the refund via email. Note that refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, and there is a spectrum of dependencies dependent on your bank. Call your bank as needed to understand their processing times for the refund (this is out of our control).
