Yes, with the right best practices and proper application, both our lashes and nails are reusable.  However, note that just like any beauty product there might be variations person to person!

Any potential customs fees and taxes are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by The Glam Kit. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.  You are responsible for doing this prior to your international order. If you decline to pay your Customs fee for any reason, The Glam Kit can not refund as we will incur additional import fees if the product is sent back to us. 

No. Given unforeseen shipping delays as a result of 3rd party shipping services (e.g. USPS), we cannot guarantee any delivery date.  However, our customers have given 5* reviews for receiving their orders in record time!  

No.  We ask that our customers to double-check shipping addresses before buying any products.  Once the order is placed, it is extremely difficult to intercept the product.  However, if you realize you made a mistake on the shipping address within an hour of placing your order, please still reach out to our Customer Care team and we will do our best to try and help out. You can contact them here.

By default, The Glam Kit is not responsible or obligated to exchange or refund any lost packages.  However, this is why we offer the Package Protection option on any and all orders.

In many cases, the shipping carrier will be delayed on the tracking updates, so don't be worried!  Usually within 48 hours (at the latest), your shipping information will be updated.  If after 48 hours you still don't see an update, just drop us a note and we'll look into it immediately for you!  Just use the get in touch form.  

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch via our get in touch form just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your placed order due to the product being out of stock, we will not only proactively cancel the order but also issue an immediate refund and additionally send you a confirmation of the refund via email.  Note that refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, and there is a spectrum of dependencies dependent on your bank.  Call your bank as needed to understand their processing times for the refund.

A lot of people don't actually know how to apply lashes.  In addition, a lot of people are concerned about putting magnets on their eyes, as other brands sometimes advertise. Our Lit Liner is the result of our top of the line beauty innovation, creating an adhesive liner for ALL levels of lash application, from absolute beginners to professional MUA's.  No matter your experience with lashes, you can apply them in under 5 minutes just like our press on nails! 

Yes!  But because our lashes are such a high quality with jaw-dropping volume, you'll instantly glam your eyes even if you don't want to wear mascara.  It's completely up to you!  

Pro tip: put extra liner in the inner and outer corners for extra stickiness of the lashes!  

Our team has been obsessed with not only making beauty simple, but also safe!  Our non-toxic, non-damaging liners will magically stick to the lashes, but absolutely zero magnets are required.  What that means is these will be some of the lightest lashes you've ever worn! 

You can use your favorite eye-makeup remover, micellar water or baby oil to remove the liner off your eyelid.

STEP 1:

Shake the eyeliner pen well before use.

STEP 2:

Apply 2 layers onto your eyelids and let dry for a few seconds.

TIP: Put a little extra to your inner & outer corners this will help the lashes stay on longer

STEP 3:

Apply your lashes directly on top of the eyeliner.

It absolutely is!  Our Lit Liner is made from safe ingredients, and on top of that, there are absolutely zero magnets in the adhesive liner.  Other brands sometimes use magnets, but just remember magnets are for your fridge, not your eyes! 

We promise they will fit!  The reason is because each of our kits come with 24 nails of 12 different sizes.  Whether your nail beds are petite, normal, or wide, you will find nails in each kit that will fit your nails perfectly.  

They are instant manicures that can be applied under 5 minutes at the comfort of your own home.  You'll get the salon look at a fraction of the cost, and the best part is that our nails are vegan, cruelty-free, and re-usable!  However, not all press on nails are made the same.  You may have experienced cheaper press on nails from the local drugstore or from other brands, and unfortunately those are often flimsy and cheap.  Our press on nails are the highest quality, and on top of that, we carry top-trending designs that you would usually pay a lot more just to get them in a salon! 

If you used glue follow these steps:

STEP 1: Do not pull/force nails off

STEP 2: Soak nails warm soapy water until acrylic nails loosen.

NOTE: When acrylic nails start to loosen gently push the acrylic nail from side walls with manicure stick.

Yes, all our instant manicures are customizable. You can file or cut them to your liking. 

When applying your press-on nails with our non-damaging glue: Your manicure will often last up to 2 weeks+. 

When applying your press-on nails with our non-damaging adhesive tab stickers: Your manicure will last up to 3 days. 

While we don't do custom nails, our team prides ourselves on having the top trending designs at all times. If you see a nail design you absolutely MUST HAVE, send us a DM via instagram @theglamkit of the design and we'll share it with our design team. We *love* nail inspiration to inspire our own designs!  

STEP 1:

File down nails with nail file and then push back cuticle with manicure stick.

NOTE: Do not use lotion/oils before applying the instant acrylic nails.

STEP 2:

Wipe nails with alcohol pad and remove any natural oils.

STEP 3:

Match each acrylic nails with your natural nails and set aside.

STEP 4:

Glue Application: Apply a dab of glue onto your natural nail.

Adhesive Sticker Tabs Application: Apply the adhesive tab to your natural nail. Press the tab on your nail smoothly & peel off the top film. 

NOTE: Make sure you pick a adhesive tab size that fits your natural nail.

STEP 5:

Position acrylic nail to your natural nail and hold for 30 seconds to secure the acrylic nail. 

STEP 6:

Repeat the steps until all nails are on fleek.

Within 1 year of your jewelry's delivery, our warranty policy covers issues against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. If you encounter any such issues during this period, rest assured that we have you 100% covered. We will promptly address and resolve the matter to the best of our ability! Please note this does not include lost jewelry or defects caused by misuse carried on by the customer, physical or accidental wear and/or damage.

Manufacturing defects refer to the structure of the jewelry item. Some examples of manufacturing defect or damage caused during mishandling/transit which are covered under this warranty include:

• Uneven settings or prongs at the time of jewelry delivered
• Chips or scratches in stones at the time of jewelry delivered
• Lost stone or loose stone at the time of jewelry delivered
• Broken earring posts, broken chain, due to mishandling during transit at the time of jewelry delivered

Some examples of common jewelry wear and tear that are not covered by our 1-year warranty:

• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Lost items
• Dents, nicks and scratches that come with normal wear and tear (e.g. broken chain) are inevitable and are not considered a defect.
• Discoloration or tarnish due to exposure to water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, hand creams, hand sanitizers or perfumes.
• Oxidisation of the product due to improper use or storage of your jewelry
• Damage of the product due to improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like
  make-up or perfumes
• Pearl collection is made from freshwater pearls. Natural dents and irregularities are expected due to their natural origin and cannot be considered as defects. 
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
• Lost stone or a stone has fallen out or prongs wearing out due to chipping or breaking, broken earring posts, broken chain caused by normal everyday wear or other damage.
• Lost stones or weakened prongs due to dropping your jewelry on the floor or hard surfaces
• Any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of The Glam Kit

The warranty allows for 1 free replacement per order. The 1 year-warranty is not applicable on free items or free replacements.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not extend to products that were received as gifts through promotional offers, such as mystery gifts. Items obtained through promotional giveaways or similar events are not eligible for warranty coverage. Replacement jewelry are not eligible for warranty coverage. The warranty is applicable only to products purchased directly through authorized channels and excludes items acquired as part of promotional campaigns.

If your claim falls outside the 1-year warranty period, and the claim is approved, you can purchase a replacement for a small fee of only $14.99 USD.

Avoid Contact with Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from chemicals such as perfumes, hand sanitizer, lotions, and cleaning agents, as they can damage the PVD coating.

Opt to wear your jewelry after applying your favorite perfume or lotion, ensuring that the products are fully dry. This helps prevent any potential chemical interactions with the metal and maintains the integrity of your jewelry.

Clean Gently: To clean your jewelry, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dirt and oil. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaning methods.

Storage: Normal wear might lead to scratches and user marks, especially when worn daily for extended periods. To minimize scratches store your jewelry in your TGK pouch to prevent scratching or tangling. Avoid storing multiple pieces together, as they might rub against each other.

Remove During Activities: It's advisable to remove your jewelry before engaging in activities like:

• Swimming:
  Even though your jewelry may have waterproof features, it's crucial to understand the potential impact of chlorine and saltwater found in pools and the ocean. Chlorine and saltwater found in pools and the ocean can be harmful to jewelry. They can corrode metals and damage coatings over time, leading to a loss of shine and structural integrity.
• Exercising:
  While it is possible to wear jewelry during exercise, it's important to note that the accumulation of sweat, which contains salts and minerals, can expedite the process of tarnishing and discoloration on your jewelry. This is particularly true for more delicate pieces. Moreover, the increased likelihood of your jewelry coming into contact with surfaces and equipment during physical activities could result in scratches or damage to its surface. For both the preservation of your jewelry's appearance and its overall condition, it's recommended to remove it before participating in any exercise routines..
• Showering:
  While your jewelry might be labeled as waterproof, it's important to consider the potential effects of showering on its longevity and appearance. The reason is because many shampoos, conditioners, and soaps use harsh chemicals that can affect the jewelry, since the pieces are waterproof but not chemical-proof. This varies based on the products you might use in the shower, so a best practice is to remove them when you're using shampoo, conditioner, or body soap (especially those with a fragrance that is usually created with unnatural chemicals).
• Household Chores:
  Household chores often involve exposure to cleaning agents, chemicals, and rough surfaces that can harm your jewelry's appearance and integrity. Chemicals can erode metal finishes and coatings, while rough surfaces can scratch and dent jewelry. Activities like gardening, cooking, and cleaning can also increase the risk of dirt and grime buildup.
• Avoid Extreme Conditions:
  Certainly, you can enjoy your jewelry under the sun, but it's important to be mindful of extreme conditions. For PVD coated jewelry, it's recommended to avoid exposing it to extended periods of extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, as these elements have the potential to impact the integrity of the coating.
  

Yes, we do! Most other jewelry brands offer only a 30-day warranty, or sometimes a warranty isn't even available. We're so confident that you'll love the quality of our jewelry, we have INCLUDED an extremely generous 1-year warranty on ALL of our jewelry so you can buy with 100% confidence!
