ABOUT THE ROLE

As Executive Assistant at The Glam Kit, you will support both our CEO (Founder) and COO directly, serving as the operational backbone of our leadership team. Like all founding team members, you will begin as a generalist, learning every pillar of the business before focusing on your core role. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide direct support to the CEO and COO across scheduling, communications, and daily priorities
• Run errands, deliver packages, and handle time-sensitive logistics on behalf of the leadership team
• Assist with order packing and fulfillment as part of your generalist onboarding
• Coordinate across customer service, growth, and operations to keep the business moving
• Draft communications, prepare materials, and organize meetings and internal workflows
• Anticipate leadership needs before they become urgent and proactively solve problems
• Grow into a broader operational leadership role as the company scales

About the Role

The Glam Kit is looking for a smart, passionate, highly reliable Generalist Associate to join our founding team.

This is an entry-level role built for someone early in their career, including a recent college graduate or someone with less than 2 years of professional experience. You do not need years of experience to be successful here. You do need strong work ethic, curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump into whatever the business needs.

As a Generalist Associate, you will get involved in nearly every part of the company. One day you may be helping pack and ship orders, the next you may be supporting TikTok content, helping with customer service, assisting executives, organizing product samples, or improving internal processes.

This is one of the fastest ways to learn how a growing commerce brand actually operates from the inside. You will work closely with leadership, see how decisions are made, and build hands-on experience across operations, marketing, social media, logistics, customer experience, and business execution.

This role starts at $18/hour. After 3 successful months in the role, you will unlock eligibility for a performance-based bonus structure, with the opportunity to earn up to $25/hour based on performance, reliability, and overall contribution.

What You Will Do

• Support daily operations, including packing orders, organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and helping with logistics
• Assist with commerce-related tasks across fulfillment, customer experience, product preparation, and order accuracy

• Support the Social Media Personality & Community Manager and TikTok Sales Host with content shoots and live commerce preparation

Compensation

This role starts at $18/hour.

After 3 successful months in the role, team members will become eligible for a performance-based bonus structure. High-performing Generalist Associates can earn up to $25/hour through hourly pay plus bonus opportunity.

Bonus eligibility will be based on reliability, execution quality, speed of learning, ownership, teamwork, and overall contribution to the business.

We are looking for someone outgoing, creative, social, and camera-ready. You should understand trends, storytelling, and community building, but you should also have the confidence and personality to represent the brand publicly.

This role starts at $20/hour, with generous commission upside that can bring total earning potential up to $50/hour based on performance. In addition, this role includes a very generous performance-based bonus structure for team members who consistently drive growth, engagement, content performance, and meaningful community impact.

• Become one of the recognizable faces of The Glam Kit across live commerce and social selling
• Drive real-time sales by communicating product value, styling tips, limited-time offers, and more
