ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, highly visible position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be at the center of where decisions are made. As Executive Assistant at The Glam Kit, you will support both our CEO (Founder) and COO directly, serving as the operational backbone of our leadership team. Like all founding team members, you will begin as a generalist, learning every pillar of the business before focusing on your core role. This is your chance to gain real exposure to leadership, strategy, and the inner workings of a fast-growing fashion brand from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide direct support to the CEO and COO across scheduling, communications, and daily priorities
• Run errands, deliver packages, and handle time-sensitive logistics on behalf of the leadership team
• Assist with order packing and fulfillment as part of your generalist onboarding
• Coordinate across customer service, growth, and operations to keep the business moving
• Draft communications, prepare materials, and organize meetings and internal workflows
• Anticipate leadership needs before they become urgent and proactively solve problems
• Grow into a broader operational leadership role as the company scales

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Hyper-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving priorities at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, solutions-first attitude and a genuine desire to support the team
• Comfortable in a startup environment where no two days look the same
• Interest in fashion, jewelry, or e-commerce is a strong plus
• Prior experience as an EA, office coordinator, or in operations is preferred
• Access to reliable personal transportation is required for this role
• Transportation Requirement: Candidates must have access to reliable personal
  transportation. You will be responsible for delivering packages, running errands, and supporting time-sensitive logistics on behalf of the leadership team. This is a firm requirement.

This is a creative role for someone who understands how to build brand loyalty online and turn followers into lifelong fans. You will help define the voice, aesthetic, and energy of The Glam Kit's presence across all platforms, working directly with the executive team. Like all of our founding team members, you will start as a generalist, learning the full business before owning your specialty.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and manage The Glam Kit's channels across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Build and execute a content calendar aligned with product drops, campaigns, and brand moments
• Engage authentically with our community through comments, DMs, and user-generated content
• Track performance and translate data into actionable growth strategies
• Collaborate with the TikTok Sales Host and leadership on campaign execution
• Identify trends and formats that drive organic reach and brand awareness
• Support customer service and logistics operations during your generalist onboarding

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Genuine passion for social media, storytelling, and community building
• A strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands
• Hands-on experience managing brand social accounts (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe suite
• Data-savvy, able to use analytics to guide strategy and prove ROI
• Self-directed and able to execute independently while staying aligned with team goals
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram culture is essential
• Location: Experienced remote candidates are welcome. Local California candidates are strongly preferred, as in-person team collaboration and content shoots are a meaningful part of this role.

As our TikTok Sales Host, you will be the face of the brand on live, bringing energy, authenticity, and genuine selling ability to every stream. This is not just a hosting role. It is a performance, a relationship, and a revenue driver. We need someone who can connect with an audience in real time, tell the story behind our jewelry, and convert viewers into loyal customers. Like all of our founding team members, you will start as a generalist before going deep in your specialty.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Host live TikTok Shop sessions showcasing The Glam Kit's collections with high energy and style
• Drive real-time sales by communicating product value, styling tips, and urgency
• Build genuine relationships with our community during and after live streams
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and leadership on show planning and content
  strategy
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh and high-
  performing
• Help develop show scripts, structures, and product storytelling frameworks
• Support customer service and fulfillment operations during generalist onboarding

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Naturally charismatic, high-energy, and completely comfortable on camera
• Experience with TikTok Live, live shopping, or on-camera hosting in any capacity
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to create urgency without feeling pushy
• A deep love for fashion, jewelry, and beauty with a personal style our audience relates to
• Comfortable improvising and responding to viewer comments in real time
• Reliable and able to commit to a consistent live streaming schedule
• An existing TikTok following is a strong plus but not required
• On-Site Requirement: This role requires full on-site presence at our California headquarters. Live sessions require a professional, coordinated environment and in-person team collaboration. Remote applicants will not be considered.
