WHEN DO ITEMS RESTOCK?

We know, sometimes you see lashes or nails you absolutely need to have but we are out of stock.  Just go to the nail or lash you're obsessed with, and click "Notify Me When Available" and you'll be the first to know when we restock!

CAN I RE-USE THE NAILS AND/OR LASHES?

Yes, with the right best practices and proper application, both our lashes and nails are reusable.  However, note that just like any beauty product there might be variations person to person!

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept other payment services including but limited to PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc.

Ordering and Delivery

WHAT IS THE SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME?

Our team is incredibly proud to process orders at record time.  We will do our best to ship same-day orders placed before 10AM PST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped out first thing on the next Monday.  Please note that during holidays we might have unexpected volume increases, so please be patient with us but we will still do our best to get your order to you ASAP! 

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?

Despite the ongoing complexities of the pandemic, we have an amazing commitment to you as our team works around the clock to coordinate with our shipping partners on the fastest, most cost-efficient shipping. 
 
We offer the following for domestic orders: 

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

For international orders:

  • Standard International Shipping (Australia): 7-10 Business Days
  • Standard International Shipping (Canada): 7-10 Business Days
  • Standard International Shipping (Mexico): 7-10 Business Days

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is processed, estimated delivery time for domestic orders (US) is 3-5 Business Days if not sooner. 
 
For international orders:

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS/DUTIES FEES?

Any potential customs fees and taxes are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by The Glam Kit. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.  You are responsible for doing this prior to your international order. If you decline to pay your Customs fee for any reason, The Glam Kit can not refund as we will incur additional import fees if the product is sent back to us. 

IS THERE A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE?

No. Given unforeseen shipping delays as a result of 3rd party shipping services (e.g. USPS), we cannot guarantee any delivery date.  However, our customers have given 5* reviews for receiving their orders in record time!  

CAN A SHIPPING ADDRESS BE MODIFIED ONCE IT IS PLACED?

No.  We ask that our customers to double-check shipping addresses before buying any products.  Once the order is placed, it is extremely difficult to intercept the product.  However, if you realize you made a mistake on the shipping address within an hour of placing your order, please still reach out to our Customer Care team and we will do our best to try and help out.  You can contact them here.

LOST PACKAGE?

By default, The Glam Kit is not responsible or obligated to exchange or refund any lost packages.  However, this is why we offer the Route Protection option on any and all orders.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING PROTECTION/ROUTE PROTECTION?

The Glam Kit has partnered with Route, which allows our customers to purchase shipping protection (100% optional) on all orders.  If you lost your package and happened to buy Shipping Protection on the lost order, and would like to file a claim, you can do so at the following link: https://claims.route.com/.

Note that The Glam Kit is not responsible for any claims and all claims must be filed directly with Route.  However, we are extremely excited to give all of our customers peace of mind on all orders, and offer an option to protect your order(s) against damage, theft, or loss! 

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT UPDATED?

In many cases, the shipping carrier will be delayed on the tracking updates, so don't be worried!  Usually within 48 hours (at the latest), your shipping information will be updated.  If after 48 hours you still don't see an update, just drop us a note and we'll look into it immediately for you!  Just use the Contact Us form.  

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch via our contact form just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELED?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your placed order due to the product being out of stock, we will not only proactively cancel the order but also issue an immediate refund and additionally send you a confirmation of the refund via email.  Note that refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, and there is a spectrum of dependencies dependent on your bank.  Call your bank as needed to understand their processing times for the refund.

While we eventually plan to ship worldwide, we currently only ship to the following countries:

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than $35, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Lashes/Lit Liner

THE KITS LOOK AMAZING! WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE KITS?

While we offer all of our products individually, our kits are meant to bundle complimentary designs based on your style!  There are 2 sizes of the Value Lash Kit: the starter size Value Lash Kit comes with 2 lashes + 1 Lit Liner (Black).  The VIP size Value Lash Kit comes with 5 lashes + 2 Lit Liners (Black & Clear).  

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR LIT LINER?

A lot of people don't actually know how to apply lashes.  In addition, a lot of people are concerned about putting magnets on their eyes, as other brands sometimes advertise. Our Lit Liner is the result of our top of the line beauty innovation, creating an adhesive liner for ALL levels of lash application, from absolute beginners to professional MUA's.  No matter your experience with lashes, you can apply them in under 5 minutes just like our press on nails! 

CAN I WEAR MASCARA WITH THE GLAM KIT LASHES?

Yes!  But because our lashes are such a high quality with jaw-dropping volume, you'll instantly glam your eyes even if you don't want to wear mascara.  It's completely up to you!  

IS THE LIT LINER SAFE?

It absolutely is!  Our Lit Liner is made from safe ingredients, and on top of that, there are absolutely zero magnets in the adhesive liner.  Other brands sometimes use magnets, but just remember magnets are for your fridge, not your eyes! 

HOW CAN I MAKE MY LASHES STICK BETTER TO THE LIT LINER?

Pro tip: put extra liner in the inner and outer corners for extra stickiness of the lashes!  

DO YOU USE MAGNETS IN THE LIT LINER?

Our team has been obsessed with not only making beauty simple, but also safe!  Our non-toxic, non-damaging liners will magically stick to the lashes, but absolutely zero magnets are required.  What that means is these will be some of the lightest lashes you've ever worn! 

HOW DO I REMOVE AND CLEAN MY LASHES?

You can use your favorite eye-makeup remover, micellar water or baby oil to remove the liner off your eyelid.

HOW DO I APPLY MY LASHES WITH THE LIT LINER?

STEP 1:

  • Shake the eyeliner pen well before use.

STEP 2:

  • Apply 2 layers onto your eyelids and let dry for a few seconds.
    TIP: Put a little extra to your inner & outer corners this will help the lashes stay on longer

STEP 3:

  • Apply your lashes directly on top of the eyeliner.

Press-On Nails

WHAT ARE PRESS-ON NAILS?

They are instant manicures that can be applied under 5 minutes at the comfort of your own home.  You'll get the salon look at a fraction of the cost, and the best part is that our nails are vegan, cruelty-free, and re-usable!  However, not all press on nails are made the same.  You may have experienced cheaper press on nails from the local drugstore or from other brands, and unfortunately those are often flimsy and cheap.  Our press on nails are the highest quality, and on top of that, we carry top-trending designs that you would usually pay a lot more just to get them in a salon! 

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE NAILS WILL FIT ME?

They will fit!  The reason is because TGK Luxury Press On Nails come with 20 to 24 nails of 10 to 12 different sizes. Our instant manicures fit petite, average and large sized nails.

CAN I CUT/FILE THE NAILS?

Yes, all our instant manicures are customizable. You can file or cut them to your liking. 

HOW LONG DOES THE INSTANT MANICURE LAST?

When applying your press-on nails with our non-damaging glue:
Your manicure will often last up to 2 weeks+. 
 
When applying your press-on nails with our non-damaging adhesive tab stickers:
Your manicure will last up to 3 days. 

CAN I REQUEST A NAIL DESIGN?

While we don't do custom nails, our team prides ourselves on having the top trending designs at all times. If you see a nail design you absolutely MUST HAVE, send us a DM via instagram (@theglamkitofficial) of the design and we'll share it with our design team. We *love* nail inspiration to inspire our own designs!  

HOW DO I APPLY MY PRESS-ON NAILS?

STEP 1:

  • File down nails with nail file and then push back cuticle with manicure stick.
    NOTE: Do not use lotion/oils before applying the instant acrylic nails.

STEP 2:

  • Wipe nails with alcohol pad and remove any natural oils.

STEP 3:

  • Match each acrylic nails with your natural nails and set aside.

STEP 4:

  • Glue Application: Apply a dab of glue onto your natural nail. 
  • Adhesive Tab Application: Apply adhesive tab to your natural nail. Press the tab on your nail smoothly & peel off the top film. 
    NOTE: Make sure you pick a tab size that fits your natural nail.

STEP 5:

  • Position acrylic nail to your natural nail and hold for 30 seconds to secure the acrylic nail. 

STEP 6:

  • Repeat the steps until all nails are on fleek. 

HOW DO I REMOVE MY PRESS-ON NAILS?

If you used glue follow these steps:

STEP 1:

  • Do not pull/force nails off

STEP 2:

  • Soak nails in acetone based nail polish remover until acrylic nails loosen. 
    NOTE: When acrylic nails start to loosen gently push the acrylic nail from side walls with manicure stick.

STEP 3:

  • Wipe off glue

If you used adhesive tabs stickers follow these steps:

STEP 1:

  • Do not pull/force nails off.

STEP 2:

  • Soak nails in warm water for 10-15 mins.oak nails in warm water for 10-15 mins.

STEP 3:

  • Gently push the acrylic nail from side walls with orange stick.
    NOTE: acrylic nails are easier to peel off after shower/bath.

STEP 4:

  • Wipe off glue

Returns

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

No. Normally, we allow free returns on all of our products that are unused.  However, given the unprecedented condition of the current world climate of COVID-19, we’ve increased safety precautions to our team and to our customers.  As a result, our return policy is temporarily suspending as the safety of our team and customers is our highest priority.  This ensures all of our products are shipped to you 100% new!  

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

No. Similar to our current return policy, we do not allow exchanges due to sanitary purposes. You'll also notice that unlike other lash brands, all of our lashes and/ or kits are individually wrapped to guarantee a seal of them being 100% new.  

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Because our team works to ship out orders so quickly, it is extremely difficult for us to intercept an order to cancel it. Therefore, please never check out without double-checking that your order is correct.  If order is already processed, we cannot cancel.   However, we totally understand that sometimes a mistake can happen, so please contact us within 30 minutes of order placement to request an order cancellation that must be approved by our management team.  Please note that even if our team is able to approve a cancellation, you will be responsible for a $5.00 credit card transaction fee that is non-refundable. Therefore, always double-check before placing an order.  You are 100% responsible!
